The team/organisation/hapless political party I am humble and proud to lead is Stellar.

Unless, of course, you’re referring to something that happened before I was in charge of this Stellar team/organisation/hapless political party.
In which case what I would tell you is Mistakes were made.
But that was before I was put in charge of this team/organisation/hapless political party that I am humble and proud to lead.
