A barrister I know used to teach a Laws of Evidence class at the law school. He would turn up each week wearing his lawyer uniform of expensive suit and tie. But one morning he bust out and put on a red beret and a pair of designer glasses.
The following week he was back in his suit and tie. He asked the class to tell him what heβd been wearing in class last week. They offered various recollections of ties of various colour.
But no one suggested the beret, or the glasses.
