It was only 50 days ago I was striding up ravines carrying two packs and now a bag of potatoes is too much for me.
I did not expect this newsletter to be so full of my health adventures this year, but here we are. I also don't mean for today’s column to be full of my health adventures either, but after all that tumult I can't be leaving things hanging, eh.
