My radio is full of people around the country reporting from liberated Ōtepoti and liberated Ōtautahi and other liberated Level 2 Plus locations. Much happiness.

Next we cross to Katy Doyle in Level 4 Queen Street who is there to provide a headcount of the fifteen persons presently in it. The weather is shit, too, but who cares really, it might as well rain until - oh look! - it already is September.

A short digression:

Growing up down here at the last bus stop on the planet, it took me the longest time to grasp that so much of our popular culture was not written with us in mind.
