a. Hipkins should have sacked them already. If I was the PM I'd be giving them the bum’s rush don't you worry about that
b. The PM is not responsible for every request a minister made, so that's not on him
c. That's obviously something he's delegated, so fair enough, that's not on him
d. I always say: If you can't say anything nice going forward, don't say anything at all
2. Poor old Christopher Luxon has a naughty minister who is still exploring tobacco tax cuts even after he expressly ruled them out. What are his options now?
