A head cold has abducted my brain and is holding it in an undisclosed location.
So this will not be the day I take a look at the National Party’s alternative Three Waters policy. Except to say: at first blush this looks like yet more of their paint-by-numbers free-market small-government bullshit looking for a lazy shortcut that will prove to be a mirage.
But maybe that’s just head cold derangement talking.
