Hello! This is the Saturday edition of More Than A Feilding, catching you up on the week.
Hereâs what you may have missed.
Last Sundayâs column was about the budget
A big chunk of this yearâs budget coverage was brought to us by the words crass, gauche and venal. The big questions being put were what's in it for me, what's in it for you, and did you get something, or were you a loser?
It fell to the audience to offer a larger perspective, to say, that's not how I see it.

Mondayâs edition was about the emissions reduction announcement getting misrepresented at every damn turn.
Tuesday contained eulogies and also should have contained a spoiler alerts. If youâre not up to date on Succession, maybe hold off on this one.

Wednesday was a letter of apology from Zoo Miami regarding a terrible misunderstanding about Kiwi Chris the Robot Politician.
On behalf of everyone at Zoo Miami, please accept our most sincere apology to the New Zealand National Party of New Zealand and the proud people of the LinkedIn tribe.
It stunned us all to learn that Kiwi Chris the Robot Politician was in fact an actual person.
This was not at any point our understanding.
Obviously we now profoundly regret offering the Encounter with Kiwi Chris the Robot Politician at $25 a ticket.
We have reached out to his keepers at Air New Zealand who have kindly offered to carry him back to his natural environment, which Chris tells us is Chicago.
People have asked how a Kiwi politician could ever have ended up in a Florida zoo, and it is a fair question.

Thursdayâs edition was about Christopher Luxonâs incredible looseness with numbers and facts and the truth.

And Fridayâs quiz covered the big issues of the week including the trashing of the housing accord and David Seymourâs reign of woke terror
