These past months you could wonder: if it comes to another lockdown, will people feel less inclined to play ball?
Turns out: no. The streets are quiet and empty again. Maybe the faster more infectious Delta presents fresh menace. Maybe we’re the sort of people who bow to authority quite readily. Maybe it’s just that once again people get it.
