But as you might expect, they’re picky. They want somewhere safe and secure to put it. A nice solid proposition.
What amounts to a nice solid proposition? Here’s one: the government of a country like New Zealand wanting to put 80 billion dollars into pipes and sewerage and water systems of its country. That would be a nice solid proposition. The investors would be more than happy to put their wall of money into that.
